WHAT IS THE ADAPTIVE TECHNOLOGY CENTER (ATC)?

At the Adaptive Technology Center, we believe that every student deserves access to the tools and support they need to reach their full potential. That's why we offer assessments, consultations, and training for educationally related service providers and parents to help implement Augmentative Alternative Communication (AAC) for students with complex communication needs. We also provide a significant inventory of equipment for students with low-incidence disabilities, as determined by their IEP team.

Our services are available to individuals with low-incidence disabilities from birth to age 22 who are enrolled in a public school or approved charter school in Sonoma County. We offer consultation and assessment services, equipment trial, equipment loan and reuse, and training and support for how to use assistive technology devices.

If you would like to schedule an appointment to visit our center, please contact Debbie Anacleto at (707) 829-9530 or danacleto@sonomaselpa.org. And if you have any further questions or concerns, please don't hesitate to contact Andrea Wells at (707) 524-2764 or awells@sonomaselpa.org. We're always here to help!
